What is the structure?
Every Marketing Associate is a W2 employee. Pay combines a weekly base with performance bonuses. The base is $300 a week; bonuses are earned on top of it.
What do the bonuses tie to?
Two things: welcoming new monthly supporters, and those supporters staying on. Both are measured. Your results are visible in the office's numbers every day, and what the record shows is what gets rewarded.
What does W2 get me?
You're an employee, not a contractor. Taxes are withheld from your paycheck and your income is documented on a W-2. Whether an employer hires W2 or 1099 is worth asking anywhere you apply.
When do I see the exact numbers?

Will RTX ever ask me for money?
