Our teams represent CARE's Partners for Change program at community events and retail locations across Middle Tennessee. The campaign is named at the table, every enrollment is digital, and no one handles cash.
That kind of work earns trust in seconds or loses the conversation — which is why it is trained like a craft: daily workshops, working days alongside a team leader, and structured practice with real feedback on real numbers.

HOW PAY WORKS
Pay combines a weekly base with performance bonuses — tied to welcoming new monthly supporters and to those supporters staying on. We'll walk through exactly how each is earned at the interview.
