Privacy Policy
Effective July 11, 2026
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Pyron Ventures, Inc., doing business as RTX Outreach (“RTX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit rtxoutreach.com or contact us through the website.
Information we collect
We may collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. Our nonprofit form may receive your organization, mission, current fundraising approach, contact name, email address, phone number, and consultation preference. Our get-involved form may receive your name, email address, organization or venue, area of interest, and message.
- Communications and employment inquiries. If you email, call, text, interview with, or otherwise contact us, we may receive your contact details, message, resume, work history, and other information you choose to provide.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically process standard request and device information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic or security data.
The website forms send entries to same-site validation endpoints. Those endpoints do not save form entries in an RTX application database. Information you send separately by email, phone, text, or another communication channel may be retained in that channel.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- evaluate nonprofit partnerships, event-hosting, volunteer, community, and employment interest;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- prevent misuse, fraud, or security threats; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may still process standard technical information needed to deliver, protect, and diagnose the site. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or rent contact lists. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that support our website and communications, such as Vercel for hosting and our email and communications providers;
- advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security;
- a successor or involved party in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business; or
- another party when you direct us or give us permission.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to manage communications, evaluate inquiries, meet legal or recordkeeping duties, resolve disputes, and protect the website. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why we hold it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
To make a request, email admin@rtxoutreach.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
