Terms and Conditions

Effective July 13, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of rtxoutreach.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Pyron Ventures, Inc., doing business as RTX Outreach (“RTX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website purpose

The Website provides general information about RTX, our fundraising and marketing work, nonprofit partnerships, community opportunities, and careers. Website content, including articles in our Answers section, is for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

We may change, remove, or add content at any time. Descriptions of past or current work do not promise a particular campaign, fundraising, hiring, or other result.

Forms, inquiries, and communications

You are responsible for making sure information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Sending a form, email, text, or other communication does not create a client, partnership, agency, fiduciary, employment, or other contractual relationship with RTX and does not require us to accept or respond to a request.

The Website does not process donations or other payments. If you choose to contribute to a charitable organization through a separate authorized channel, that transaction is governed by the recipient organization and the payment provider involved.

Career information

Career, role, and work-expectation information on the Website is general and may change or be withdrawn without notice. It is not an offer or guarantee of employment, compensation, duties, advancement, or continued work. Applying or communicating with us does not guarantee an interview or employment. Any employment relationship is governed only by the written documents and applicable policies agreed to by the relevant parties.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to RTX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and make a reasonable copy of a page for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission from the applicable owner.

Third-party names, marks, and links

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website identifies organizations or work and does not transfer ownership or imply an endorsement beyond the context stated. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Website to:

  • violate a law or another person's rights;
  • submit false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful material;
  • interfere with the Website, bypass security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
  • use automated means to access or extract Website content in a manner that burdens the Website or violates these terms.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current, or that Website content will be complete or suitable for your particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Davidson County, Tennessee.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Website or our practices change. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after revised terms take effect means you accept those terms.

General terms

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and RTX concerning your use of the Website.
