Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of rtxoutreach.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Pyron Ventures, Inc., doing business as RTX Outreach (“RTX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website purpose

The Website provides general information about RTX, our fundraising and marketing work, nonprofit partnerships, community opportunities, and careers. Website content, including articles in our Answers section, is for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

We may change, remove, or add content at any time. Descriptions of past or current work do not promise a particular campaign, fundraising, hiring, or other result.

Forms, inquiries, and communications

Career, role, and work-expectation information on the Website is general and may change or be withdrawn without notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Davidson County, Tennessee.

We may update these terms as the Website or our practices change. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after revised terms take effect means you accept those terms.

General terms
