The work itself
You represent CARE's Partners for Change program in person, on a two-person team, at community events and retail locations. The conversations are with real people deciding whether to become monthly supporters. The campaign is named at the table, every enrollment is digital, and no one handles cash. Work like that earns trust in seconds or loses the conversation, which is exactly why it's trained like a craft.
How the day runs
Every day starts with the morning meeting — training first, then the numbers. Decisions in this office run on numbers, not opinions; your work is measured and your results are visible. The rest of the day is the work itself, at a community event or retail location, alongside your team. The role is year-round, not seasonal.
How training works
Daily workshops, working days alongside a team leader, and structured practice with real feedback on real numbers. No one here is left to figure the work out alone. If you've never done this kind of work, that's expected — the role is entry level, and the training is daily.
Where it leads
Team leadership, campaign management, and office leadership — every step on published performance standards, from inside. That isn't a poster line: every leader in this company started at entry level, and the leaders running our markets today started at the table.
Who does well here
People who like being measured. Your work is measured, your results are visible, and what the record shows is what gets rewarded. Some people find that clarifying and some hate it. Both reactions are useful information before you apply.
