Who is RTX Outreach?
RTX Outreach is a donor-acquisition company in Nashville, Tennessee. We are a contracted fundraising office for CARE's Partners for Change donor program, operated through the GiveBridge platform. The company has operated continuously since 2020 and has delivered ten campaigns for nonprofit and national consumer-brand clients. That work has generated more than $2.4 million for client campaigns and welcomed more than 12,000 donors and customers.
Is the CARE relationship real?
Yes, and you can verify it without us. CARE is a humanitarian organization founded in 1945 that works in over 100 countries. Its programs and financials are independently documented at care.org and Charity Navigator. On our campaigns, CARE is named at the table, every enrollment is digital, and no one handles cash.
Are the jobs real W2 jobs?
Yes. The Marketing Associate role — the one role we hire, year-round — is a W2 job with a weekly base plus performance bonuses, and we walk through exactly how each is earned at the interview. The full structure is on How pay works. We will never ask you for money at any point in the hiring process.
Is there a real office?
Our office is at 1161 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217. Interviews happen there, in person, and Zach, the owner, runs every first interview himself. After you apply, Madi, our recruiting coordinator, will call you — usually within one business day. Questions before then? Call or text the recruiting line at 830-623-0855.
What separates a real fundraising shop from a bad one?
Fundraising sales has companies in it that deserve the skepticism. The pattern is recognizable: pay that only exists in commission, a charity that never gets named, no office you can walk into, and advancement promises with nobody who can show you theirs. We built this company the other way and put the receipts on this site: a named client, a published address, W2 employment, a stated pay structure, and leaders who started at the table. We wrote out the full checklist — the one we'd use ourselves — at Questions to ask a fundraising employer.
Read the open role on our careers page, or email the hiring team with any question on this page. Interviews are in person at the office, and you can bring this page with you.
